In the busy, fast paced, always on world we live in there is never enough time and far too much pressure.

In this video we shall explore the idea of deliberately and conciously taking time out for yourself.

Just 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes again in the afternoon / evening – with the help of some calming music – is all it takes to feel calmer, reduce your stress levels and gain a sense of control and happiness.
