I’ve Fallen and I Can’t Reach My Blog

Help, I’ve Fallen and I Can’t Reach My Blog

It’s like this.

Over the last few weeks I have been surprisingly and uncharacteristically unwell.

I’ve had a rotten cold, possibly the ‘flu, that I just can’t shake.  So has my family.  There were a couple of days about three weeks ago when my wife, my two daughters and I were all in bed sick.

Just before this, I hurt my back – which I’ve never done before.

I’d like to say that I was resuing Princesses and fighting dragons which resulted in my prolapsed disc and disc bulge that has caused me to be unable to sit for about a month…..

But I think the reality is more along the lines of a combination of belaying my daughter at an indoor rock climbing place on a Sunday afternoon, then crawling around and contorting under some desks at work wrestling with some computer cables on the Monday.sneeze

There have been numerous trips to the doctor and to the physio.

Last week I lost my voice, which is slowly coming back today.

Anyway, the point is, I have neglected the blog here at Calming Music Weekly.

Not because I wanted to.

Not because I have deliberately made the concious descision to not post more calming music, information, videos, updates, or relaxation suggestions.

It’s been purely because I couldn’t reach the keyboard.

(Even now, as I type this, I am standing up).

So, please accept my appologies.

I am feeling a bit better – but even so, please don’t kiss me or dance with me just at the moment.

Please do not adjust your set.

I will be getting back to some regular transmission very soon.

Thanks,

<cough…splutter…gasp….ouch….>
